Free Introduction/ Beginners Program

After attending beginners classes 4 times, you are welcome to join our Intermediate Class at our Sahaja Yoga Hong Kong centre at 721,Sing Win Factory Building, Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong (Kwun Tong MTR station nearest exit: B1):

All classes are free admission and no reservation is needed.

Although classes are mainly conducted in Cantonese, we welcome English-speakers to join. Please notify the instructors if you need English translation.

Beginners’ Program:

Venue : Central – Central City Hall
Date : Every Monday evening (except public holidays)

[Note: 17 Dec 2018 is the last class of this year.  We then suspend class in City Hall.  Please attend our classes at Sing Win Factory Building in Kwun Tong from 2019 onwards.]

If Typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or there is black rain signal at the time of class, that class will be cancelled.

There will be no class if it falls on any public holiday, as well as important Festivals,e.g. Mid-autumn festival, New Year Eve, Chinese Winter Solstice……
